Student Placement staff will interview parent/guardian:
a. If visit to Student Placement Office
i. Thoroughly document the reported concern(s)
b. If call or email to Student Placement Office
i. Request that the parent/guardian report their concerns in writing via
email to Student Placement.
c. Determine who at the site has been contacted, and what, if any action steps have
been taken to date.
d. Forward via email the documented concerns and issues to the current site’s
administrative team requesting that they contact the family within 24 hours.
